Can I get a holler back? Karen Allen ([Katy](http://www.acmewebpages.com/karen_a/images/kaanimal02.jpg) in “Animal House”/ Marion in “Raiders of the lost ark”, among others) has always been my cinematic dream girl. She does “girl next door w/ edge” better than anyone. She’s amazingly hot. Anyone else? ---

Yeah, I had a thing for her after seeing Animal House when it first came out. Raiders just fueled that flame. I see she’s aged pretty well. Better than I, certainly. ---

Yes, Karen is jolly nice. But for girl-next-door with spirit I rate Sandra Bullock in ‘Speed’ the best. And if you want amazingly hot, you must watch ‘From Dusk till Dawn’ when Salama Hayek appears. (Don’t forget to keep breathing 😃 ) ---

DAMMIT! Was saying she was nude in Until Septemeber and the last time I saw her, as a major love interest as the hero (her true forte) was in Scrooged. She was great in Starman too. Really in some ways she was, as the leading man’s love interest really great until the 90’s. She was even in the Wanderers ---

Yes I’ll admit that I have been romantically “taken” by Ms Allen also. And **glee** , I’ll second the nomination for Sandra Bullock. She was adorable in the “The Net” also. ---

I met her a few years ago. I was introduced by a co-worker, a friend of mine who told her immediately, “Karen, this is [Pseudotriton ruber ruber], who has had a wicked crush on you for years and years,” and as I melted between the floorboards, enjoyed my embarrassment richly. She was very sweet, and very smart, and took it in the spirit intended. I guess she knew my friend’s style pretty well. ---

Yes, absolutely. Even though I have been madly in love with Karen Allen ever since I was, oh, about 6, I can tell you without any hesitation at all who I’d rather recreate that scene with Quentin Tarantino and the bottle of beer with. 🙂 ---
