# Karma's a bitch, eh, poacher?

Sounds good to me and thank you for dispelling a myth for me. I didn’t know the “taste for human flesh” is bunk.

Don’t get me wrong, some lions are known to turn to man-eating. But it’s in situations where it’s the easy option, not because they prefer humans over their normal prey. Suddenly plop tentfuls of tasty morsels in the middle of their territory, and of course there’ll be [problems](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsavo_Man-Eaters#Possible_causes_of_%22man-eating%22_behaviour).

If the lions are somehow developing a taste for poachers it would truly be a win-win.  
Yum, poached poachers.  
If the poachers get scared and stay away, that would be best.
