My sources in the shipping and insurance industry are of the view that attacking other nationalities of ship is one thing, but that very, very wealthy Saudis believed they had an _arrangement_ with Somali warlords and that their ships would not be attacked. This tanker was Saudi connected. My sources believe that the pirates in question are in deep, deep shit. We shall see. ---

Actually, my last comment was stupid. We shall not see, I guess. Something may happen to those Somali pirates who touched a Saudi asset or we may not, but we’d never know. In all, I’d rate my last post a 2/10. ---
