I’ve always liked Kathy Griffin and thought she was funny. This was not funny, just kind of gross. And it actually helps Trump and his ilk. It furthers their notion they are “persecuted.” All in all, this photo is no worse than what happened at Tea Party rallies directed towards Obama. ---

OK, yes, the still image is not at all funny. But the video, with her stony face, slowly raising the head up . . . yeah, I lol’d. Understand, I am in no way a proponent of the death penalty, much less of murder. I don’t believe that killing is ever the answer to anything. But as sheer performance art?
