Indie films? Live Free or Die Hard was just released a little less than a year ago. And before that was Sin City. The world’s second greatest Bruce is still getting plenty of good movies and I thank god every day he hasn’t gone down the Bill Murray “sad clown in a tracksuit” route. ---

Sorry about the Bruce confusion. I was referring to a different Bruce-- not Willis, but Campbell; aka “Ash” from the Evil Dead movies,\* to which my “Necronomicon” remark alluded. I don’t care how careful Klaatu and Gort were – there are still going to be unexpected disasters from loss of power – you can’t foresee everything. The guy in the iron lung not in a registered facility. The afety system that depensds on line power, and either lacks a backup battery, or it’s dead. But you really do have to accept some casualties in a big operation, I guess. ---

It’s like if MacGuyver decided he didn’t mind shooting people in the kneecap plus he has a psychotic terrorist girlfriend and a constantly drunk ex-SEAL buddy (Bruce Campbell). ---

Cool! they’re remaking this movie? I was thinking a couple of years ago when I saw the original for the first time they should remake this movie. And now they are! Personaly I would have cast Denzel Washington but I’ll go with Keanu.
