# Keeping a window on top.

I’m streaming a sports event and I would like to browse at the same time.  
My regular browser is Firebird, my video browser is IE (Window Media is not configured for Firebird, but that’s a different issue.)

Ideally, I would like the IE window to be resized and placed near the bootm right corner AND stay on top.

So, I’m wondering if there’s a XP utility that allows me to do this?
