I just heard from someone at work that Keith Richards has been cast as Cap’n Jack Sparrow’s father in **Pirates Of The Caribbean 2**. This sounded a little pat, so I Googled about and durned if it doesn’t look true. Here’s [one](http://www.killermovies.com/p/piratesofthecaribbean2/articles/4540.html) of the confirming articles. Assuming Keith Richards can stand upright and act, how cool is that? We know that Johnny Depp was channeling KR when he created his character, so I’m looking forward to see how the two play together. ---
