Kelly Mcgillis has come out as a lesbian. I knew about her years ago. Didn’t she have a fling with Jodie Foster while they were shooting _The Accused_? I thought this was already common knowledge. ---

First, I keep thinking she’s married to John Travolta, but that’s Kelly Preston. (Not that a lesbian being married to Travolta would shock…it would probably be a mutual beard thing) Second, I just saw that she lives in Mohnton! That’s in the next county over! I never even knew she lived in PA. ---

I don’t care about her sexual orientation, but the picture accompanying that article makes me sad (and hopeful that the photographer was just having a bad day). I wouldn’t have recognized her – she looks like the Avon lady from down the street rather than the lovely girl from \* Reuben, Reuben\* I had a crush on in 1983. ---
