The title tag didn’t tag me, though @pjd 's tag did. Yes, I have a new job. Conditions at the ad agency where I’d been working for the past eight years had been deteriorating ever since we were sold to a massive global agency network, four years ago; two years ago, I realized that I needed to get out, and I started hunting – a process that wound up taking a lot longer than I had originally anticipated. Six weeks ago, a new opportunity suddenly presented itself, at a smaller agency here in Chicago. Last Friday was my final day at the old agency, and I start at the new place tomorrow. I’ll be leading their strategy team, and joining an agency that’s growing and where people seem to really want to work. I’m very excited. 🙂 ---

Oh. That tags you, like out loud in real time? How cool. I guess I have that feature disabled or something. But I’m so glad you’re ready to go. Good luck. ---
