Does anyone know the correct name for those keychains that are essentially an inch wide or so piece of cloth made into a loop about 18 inches long, so it hangs out of your pocket allowing easy retrieval of your keys? I am trying to buy one on the internet, but I can’t find anything. I have gathered “keychain” is not the correct term for them, and they seem popular enough to be somewhere out in cyberspace. Also, I am hoping to find a place that can persnalize them by putting words of your choice on them. Can anyone help me out here? ---

Hmmm… I used to know this, but I’ve forgotten… try calling a monogramming place, they may be able to tell you ---

Trying looking for a WWJD (What Would Jesus Do) keychain. I know they make a lot of those types of keychains. Maybe from there you could find out what they’re called. Also I see alot of them with Tommy logos and other sports brands (Adidas, Nike etc…) ---

It’s called a keyfob. A plain “fob” is attached to a watch (it’s also the name for a watch pocket).
