Y’know, between secret weapon testing at APG to the East, and Bio Warfare research at Ft. Detrick to the West, it’s a testimony to safety procedures that Baltimore survived the Cold War. Are these really blimps or tethered instrument balloons? They are unmanned and without remote control so it sound like they have more in common with Barrage or Weather Balloons.
