I do wish I had received more cooperation in this case.
I will share what I know and why I would have voted not guilty
1-the disease was sexual active with 2 other men at the time of the murder, one was married and one admitted to having intercourse with her earlier that day
2-she had an order of protection against her ex boyfriend who had a history of domestic violence ( he did have an alibi during the murder but it was a bite shaky )
3- the timeline of 35 minutes to me did not seem to be enough time to do all the things the prosecutor laid out during the trail
4- the bite mark was on the defendant not the deceased and both the prosecutors and defendant forensic dentist that both testified, both concluded that the bite mark was not consistent with a self difference mark do to the severity of the bite mark.
5- the bloody foot print that did not match the deceased or defendant
6- there was a third set of DNA found in the bedroom
7- when the autopsy was done the doctor placed the time of death between I believe between 11pm and 1am
And to clear up 2 misconceptions that I read on here, there was never spit found on the deceased, the defendants saliva was found on her neck, chest and vagina and Semen was found around her anal area.
And 37 sets of finger prints not matching the deceased and defendant was found in the house but most belongs to friends and family.

Thank you crazyhorse but I’m not a real big social media type person. Even though I am a struggling film director, my real job of keeps my very busy ( I am a stage hand in Hollywood I build sets for movies that how I got started trying to make films) but I’m now started to research my next project

I was suspicious as soon as the second one turned up, especially since each had the same type of shitty grammar and sentence construction, and both misspelled “trial” as “trail” during the course of their contributions.
I’ve banned the poster who bumped this and his sock. I’m also closing thread, to discourage any more returns.
