[This](http://www.cnn.com/2010/WORLD/asiapcf/09/23/nkorea.leadership.changes/index.html?hpt=T2) may have implications for their relations with Israel; apparently the new second in command in North Korea is a Ju. Seriously, though, should it be worrisome that the nuclear-weapons chief is now the vice premier? ---

Maybe they decided not to promote Kim Jong-un because they found out he was posting to the Dope. Hey, they knocked that other son out of contention for the crime of trying to go to Disney World Japan. It could happen. ---
