I screwed up when looking at the chart. It’s Mr. Know It All that had Peart. If Kim gives him 64 points it would put Know It All in second place. ---

The most disturbing thing about this is realizing when Kim Il Sung’s birthday was. Death of Lincoln, Titanic Sank, the Belfast Blitz, Kim Il Sung’s birth. Why did so many tragic historical events fall on my birthday? ---

On the other hand, Reuters reports that South Korea says [Not So.](https://www.reuters.com/article/us-northkorea-politics/south-korea-says-north-korean-leader-kim-not-gravely-ill-idUSKBN223011) The South Korean sources say they believe that Kim is recovering from his procedure at a villa. NPR, which is always slow due to their mandate to check and re-check their stories, has nothing. CNN may have been premature. ---

So per that CNN story - one US official says he’s in grave danger, yet CNN doesn’t quote what the official actually said - another US official says that the severity is hard to access - and a report from Daily NK says that his condition has improved but the headline is “grave danger.” WTF CNN? ---
