# Kim Kommando WinSentry (or something like that)

Yesterday her show was on the radio and I caught just a little bit about a product that she recommended.

It was called WinSentry or something like that.

Apparently what it does is report on all the programs that start up and work in the background that you may not be aware of. Presumably it assists you in ridding your computer of them

Is there such a program that you folks would recommend?

I’ve got [WinPatrol](http://www.winpatrol.com/) (freeware) on my 'puter, and love it!  
The other ones I’ve seen are [StartupMonitor](http://www.mlin.net/StartupMonitor.shtml) (freeware) and [Startup Cop](http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,4149,2173,00.asp) (not free!).
