I skipped right over water balloons, I was talking about Nerf guns. My son and his friends had Nerf guns, and the projectiles aren’t always entirely made of foam; on some the leading end is a kind of rubber stuff. I’d say often it’s based on some pain but the hurtee exagerates it. Sometimes though, it just has to be quite real.
