Not to mention tying the resolution of the comic relief with the resolution of the main plot line. Very ambitious! And very well done.

Erm… according to your link, R&G are the original “Those Two Guys.”

ETA: did anyone notice that they used the same trick to get rid of the pigeons that David used to defeat Goliath?
