I like that inexpensive chopper thing that has a handle you swirl around in a circle and it chops things up, or whips up your eggs or pancake batter - but I forget the name of it. ---

Or a woman’s for that matter. They are a very versatile appliance. Why a Kitchenaid is better than a woman. 1. They don’t get upset when you tell all your friends what you’ve done with them. 2. They’re always ready for some action. 3. Nobody cares what color your Kitchenaid is. 4. No one will care if you have more than one Kitchenaid. 5. Kitchenaids have no problem when you bring out the cream. Or chocolate. Or just about anything else. 6. Kitchenaids don’t get upset if you igore them for a week or more. 7. 5 minutes, 5 hours. It’s all the same to Kitchenaid. 8. Your Kitchenaid won’t get jealous of other appliances. 9. In fact, your Kitchenaid will cooperate quite nicely with other appliances. 10. Cleanup is a breeze 11. Sharing your Kitchenaid with friends is always acceptable 12. You can’t get a Kitchenaid pregnant by putting cream in it. 13. Kithenaid has no problem with trying different attachments. 14. Kitchenaid doesn’t have to get dressed up to show off to all your friends. 15. A mail order Kitchenaid is nothing to be ashamed of. ---

You can also get a meat grinder attachment for a kitchenaid stand mixer, which would probably come in handy for chinese recipes. _wanders off to hump the mixer_ ---
