Even in their prime, Kids in the Hall were not a huge cultural phenomenon. I’m 53, I watched a few episodes of their show, and liked a few of their bits… but if a KITH fanatic quoted me some punchlines or catchphrases from the show, I wouldn’t recognize most of them.

The main thing I remember from the show is some fake perfume ad or something with Booker T/Harlem Heat’s theme playing in the background. Well, that and the chicken lady.

Having been a dental supply salesman for 4 years and a merchant marine for 4 and a half months, I think it’s safe to say I know a little something about the music industry.
Just my opinion, but I give you what I think is their greatest sketch ever!
