I am excited to announce (after two months of waiting) that [this](http://www.flickr.com/photos/12165188@N08/3134857820/)little cutie has just been dropped off at her new home! She’s the kitten of a cat that I took home from the back of my workplace in September, from [this](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=484897) thread and [this](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=489749)one. She’s gone to live with a co-worker of mine. Her new people have promised to have her spayed and microchipped ASAP. I fixed her a care package of Christmas presents from me and the other critters. She’s got toys, blankies, litter, dry food, a couple of cans as treats, and various other yummy goodies. So now I’m down to 8 critters, 3 or 4 of [which](http://www.flickr.com/photos/12165188@N08/2927388472/) [still](http://www.flickr.com/photos/12165188@N08/3044740302/) [need](http://www.flickr.com/photos/12165188@N08/2977488950/) [good](http://www.flickr.com/photos/12165188@N08/2888492191/) homes. Congratulations! I would love another animal, but since our current kitty was a rescue from a multi-pet home where she was tormented and terrified, she reluctantly has to be an only pet. Other animals scare the bejesus out of her. ☹ What’s your location? That might be helpful in finding potential new parents for the rest of your critters (who are too adorable for squeeeeeeees!). ---
