Kittens in our skunk trap - need answer fast

I don’t exactly know how it will go but a curious thing about my son is he isn’t terribly affected by big changes. It’s the little changes he can’t deal with.

For example when he went to daycare after two years of having a nanny they always say to expect crying and sleep disturbances and all that, even in neurotypical kids. But he never missed a beat. Likewise when he started school and intensive therapy. No crying, no crankiness, nothing. Happiest kid ever.

But if you dare switch up the nighttime routine, woe betide you. We’re about to take his big heavy blanket into the closet for the summer and we are spending an entire week preparing for that change. But in general as long as you give him advance notice, he’s pretty good.

Thats great to hear.

My youngest granddaughter age 6 has to have a strict, mostly dictated by her own rules , about bedtime and times things are supposed to happen.
She’s possibly some level of autism or Asperger’s.
The tests didn’t show anything. Girls be weird with it, I understand.

Anyway, how did the little weasel feel about the skunk odor. I have one kid where odd smells drive her crazy. She’s in her 20s and still bitches if someone has on scent she can’t deal with.

He showed no indication that he noticed the smell, however he was fascinated by the idea of an animal under the house. He had to check it out for himself. The animal guy showed him a video of a raccoon. Good times all around.
