I just had an exam a month or two ago. She did not provide me with a Kleenex. I did have a small amount of lube left afterwards, but not enough to worry about. It takes a good deal more than a finger up my ass for 5 seconds to make me cum. ---

I donā€™t have a prostate, but whenever Iā€™ve had my ā€œGirly Examā€, Iā€™ve always just wiped myself off with the paper drape afterwards. Theyā€™re pitching it anyway; might as well make it multi-purpose. ---
