I just have to say it: I like **Kn\*ckers** ’s username. It can be so many thinkgs! “Knackers”, “Knickers”, “Knockers”, and “Kn\*ckers” (as it appeared on _Monty Python’s Flying Circus_). Quite a versatile handle. ---

Well, thank you very much. I also find it useful to have a built-in compartment in my name, wherein miscellaneous letters can be stuck. Many thanks to the Pythons for bringing it to my attention in the first place. Long live the almighty asterisk! For the record, I always read it as “Knickers.” I’m stuck in heavily Dutch-influenced part of the country, to the point where we had an afternoon newspaper called the “Knickerbocker News” when I was a kid. Steven Van Rensselaer, anyone? Also, there’s the Brit slang for underpants. I just think it’s cute, and I have this mental image of **Kn\*ckers** as a really cute girl. So sue me. ---

It _could_ be knickers… she doesn’t wear any pants. I always pronounce it Knockers though. ---

I’ve said this before, but it seems more approriate here, I’ve always been fond of “Knife-chuckers”. 🙂 I just realized that I don’t pronounce it out loud, but when I say it in my head, it sounds like someone saying “knockers” but with the O sound bleeped out, like on the radio, when you hear “f_ck" or "b_tch”. But much cooler than that, of course. 😉 ---
