He’s going to lose some business if he doesn’t figure it out. This is the insurance plan for State of Kansas employees including the local university employees (K.U.). I’m going to try to explain it to his nurse (who doesn’t like phone calls).

Call the university’s HR department. They pay people to handle this sort of thing.
