Question: In Suicide Squad, Amanda Waller and Rick Flag used remote detonation bracelets to keep their reluctant supervillain team in line. Who was the first Squad Member to have his arm blown off? ---

Digger tricked him into wandering away during Millenium to test if the bracelets really worked. They did. ---
