Tangential highjack (because it doesn’t warrant it’s own thread) - I saw that he was flown to ID in a plane owned by the PSP. Which state typically pays for the cost of extraditing a prisoner? I’d think it would be the state that is extraditing. Would ID reimburse PA for the cost of their plane usage & officers time?
Idaho would reimburse Pennsylvania for the costs of delivering the fugitive when they pick him up, pursuant to Section 19-4528 – Idaho State Legislature
