Sure. Just ship the Albanians back to, oh, I don’t know, maybe Albania?
Albanians taking over Kosovo is probably the same to the Serbs as Mexican illegal aliens taking over Philadelphia or Boston and declaring independence from the US would be to Americans.
But, the Albanians in Kosovo have been living there since the Middle Ages.
That’s like yesterday in the Balkans. The Serbs have given up a bit in the last few years, but from what I’ve read Kosovo has a special meaning to them. I don’t expect this to go on without a battle.
Edited to add: What I have read (er, am reading) is Robert Kaplan’s ‘Balkan Ghosts’. It’s a pretty good book to start understanding the region.

Well, it appear the first rocks have been thrown… by Serbs. CNN’s current article describes an incident wherein Serbian army reservists, in uniform, attempted to strom across the border. Chanting slogans like “Kosovo is ours!”
