Update: [The bill now has four co-sponsors:](http://www.afterdowningstreet.org/?q=node/22394) Kucinich (D-OH), Albert Wynn (D-MD), Janice Schakowsky (D-IL), and William Clay (D-MO). Wynn is the first one on board who is not a member of the House Progressive Caucus. ---

I think this thing will only gain any clout when folks sign on to it whom (a) the general public has heard of and (b) are generally known as upstanding politicians (relatively speaking, of course). ---

There is no arguable reason why Maxine Waters, no better than she should be as it may be, **shouldn’t** have signed on with this bill, and it was **introduced** in the first place by Saint Dennis Kucinich! There is no better nor purer stand-up guy on the Hill! ---
