# LA Realtor Gets Naked in Property Posting

Seems like a good way to win over the neighbours.

Perhaps the realtor felt he needed to do something because the house itself seems fairly standard. Although appearances can be deceiving, one might assume it lacks hardwood floors and countertops, wine storage or a butler’s pantry.

I find his theme tacky, the man spreading pose is gross, and the shower shot reveals his short stature bet he drives a big pickem up truck too.

Even before, the house had limited curb appeal. After, there was a change in the gross value.
