So do we have a city selected yet? Not that it matters to me, since **Rick** ā€™ll be driving. Do we want to do a vote on whether or not I should wear kimono? If the weather continues like this, I may roast in one. On the other hand, I havenā€™t been finding many excuses to wear one in the last year. ---

OK, the votes are in, and the final selection is Roscoeā€™s in Hollywood at 6pm this Saturday. Can I get a show of hands for who will actually be in attendance in case I need to call them ahead of time? They arenā€™t big on reservations, but if there are enough of us, I can make the case or get there very early to be safe. Whoā€™s in??? ETA: By the way, the address is 1514 N. Gower Street in Hollywood. It is less than half a block north of Sunset on the east side of Gower. Parking is street parking only (do NOT use the shopping center parking lot adjacent to Roscoeā€™s ā€“ you WILL be towed!). Dinner will be delicious. Please bring your appetite. ---

My son went to Kitchen Academy (Sunset and Vine) last year and earlier this year and I found that the parking garage there was an easy place to park. I believe it was $5 for parking for few hours as wellā€¦canā€™t remember though. ---

Itā€™s about a three-block walk from Sunset and Vine, so that woudlnā€™t be bad at all should people run out of options on the street. ---

Iā€™m in! San Diego Dopers, what do you think of a carpool? Who should drive? Maybe **scout1222** since she has a hybrid, and we can all chip inā€¦? I wouldnā€™t mind driving, either, although I can only comfortably fit four. (ETA: Including myself.) ---
