# Labatt's Vs. Molson

In honour of Canada Day: We have the greatest of the great debates (for Canadians anyway) Do you prefer Molson’s or Labatt’s? (Or, like many of us, have you discovered a micro-brewery’s suds are filling the void these days?) Personally, when in cottage country, I’m a Molson Canadian guy, because Labatt’s tried to extend the beer brewers strike back in 1986.

As for Canadian beers, Kokanee, Molson and then Labatt’s. Maybe Kokanee isn’t available in your area, it is brewed in Vancouver, B.C., try it.

Beer goes great with BBQ, but I don’t think that this thread belongs in the Pit. So, Slythe, somehow you’ve managed to end up with the beer AND the chocolate. How’d you manage THAT?

FYI, Kokanee’s brewed in Creston, BC not Vancouver. Decent beer, but I prefer Molson.
