I’m too fair, black-haired, and fluffy to go au naturale for my tastes. Hubby doesn’t care, but I do. Feh. [TMI]I don’t like it when it goes from a cute little triangle to a much less sexy diamond.[/TMI]
So, I wax. Well…I pay someone to wax. I tried for a while and that little crease where leg meets crotch is just prime skin-ripping locale. Need a pro to keep the purple welts at bay.

I shave or wax, and I have a landing strip. I would never go completely bare, since 1) it would be way too painful, because of the way God made me, and 2) beacuse then I would feel like a 12 year old, which is great bif you’re eating an ice cream sandwich, but icky when you’re trying to play “Spank Me Mistress”.

I think the correct terminology would be:

And anyway, **Diogenes** is right. It’s his wife’s decision as to how she likes it. If you love your woman then you put up with some hair. In fact that’s quite catchy.

It’s a whim thing. Sometimes an irresitable urge to shave happens, then you are stuck with that decision for a while (usually until winter starts). Then fluffy seems the way to go. When the season changes (helloooooooo summer! hurry up and get here pleeeeease) the urge for the razor may strike again.
Men never seem too worried about the hair they may be shedding though. 😃

I’d never _ever_ shave down there. I don’t know why any girl would, you’d just cut yourself, it’d grow back super fast and worse than before!
That said… I wax myself. Into a cute little loveheart. I hit the pool kinda often, so I figure, while I’m doing my bikini line… Also, makes oral sex easier for the two of us.
I used to be really anti- doing anything down there. As far as I was concerned, fuck em if they don’t like it. It was my body. Things change.

I prefer trimmed, but shaven not needed. I dislike having to stop oral sex and “WHOOOACCCKKKK!!!” to get the hair out. I HATE hair in the back of my throat. I’ll do the trimming, whatever. It’s just easier and makes concentrating on the Holy Valley of Wonders of Wonders much better.

The whole state-of-pubes-in-a-relationship thing…
You know, for some people this isn’t a big issue - shaved, trimmed, au naturel - all good. So if one partner expresses a preference or desire to experiement and the other is game for it then it’s no big deal and no huge surrender on anyone’s part. It’s just part of the on-going negotiations that any long-term relationship requires. In fact, yielding on such an issue to the desires of another can be seen as an act of love - you are doing this because you wish to please someone else. in my book, it’s OK as long as there is no coercion.
On the flip side - it _does_ matter a great deal to other people. If, say, one half of a couple knows this is a big issue to the other half, then _not_ asking for a change becomes the act of love and affection. It does _not_ mean one party is “whipped”, it means that person understands and respects the boundaries of the other half of the couple.
In other words, people are different and context matters.

- Anyway, it might not have been directed at the guys, but as a guy, I say, , , -you want that lotus kissed, then mow that lawn. The first time I will kiss it anyway (pausing occasionally to choke on hairs in my throat) but immediately afterwards I specifically state the problem and the solution. I must be doing something right; no female yet has ever complained about this **requirement** of mine, and by the second visit to the valley of moaning wind things were in better shape. Shaved is nicest but I know it’s more bother, so it’s not necessary.
- As far as myself, I trim anyway now and then, as if I don’t it gets long and tangled and starts to get pulled in _seriously_-uncomfortable ways by clothing. I tried shaving once, got a couple cuts (OUCH) and then was fine for a few days… then the stubble came back. And then I decided, “never again…”. Which is the other reason I don’t insist on the girl being shaved. It was a pain and bother for me, so I don’t require it of anyone else.

First of all, I find shaved pubes to be a turn off. I prefer women to look natural. I despise breast implants for the same reason. Also, I am not a pedophile so a little pubic hair does not cause me to lose my erection as apparently it does for a lot of guys.
The "pussywhipped’ meme is one of the most juvenile, ignorant and frankly _inexperienced_ accusations that guys ever make about each other. What are you, a college freshman or something? I am not “afraid” to ask my wife anything, I just happen to see her as a whole, separate person rather than as an object or a possession.
