# Ladies: Bare down there, or au natural? (TMI)

I just wanted to clarify: I don’t shave all of it, just the underneath, sides, and top. I always keep a nice patch just for show. Completely bald feels too bare to me.

I usually trim or have it waxed. First of all, I like the sense of tidiness. Second, I swim a lot, so it’s just gross to have little stragglers hanging out of my swim suit. My husband hasn’t really expressed a preference one way or the other, though I have asked him. His take on it was if I’m happy and it’s clean, he’s fine with whatever I decide.

I have to agree with **Loopydude** , just hitting the clit leaves a lot to be desired. There is more to love than just one small area. And it’s more fun to play around all over the place.
I’m a hairy guy. I’m not in “dating form” right now. But when I start up again, I’ll shave/wax/dilapitoryize the entire back, butt, upper arms. I’ll make sure I am trimmed or shaved down there depending on area. I’ll make sure my face is trimmed or shaved as well. Why? Because I like it that way. I prefer a trimmed Bush. I have no qualms about asking for a trimmed Bush. I wash my twig and berries before fellatio because it’s nice. I would pefer to date/marry/have hot monkey love with a woman who gives me the same courtesy.

Actually, it’s not a bad euphemism.
Anyway, full bush, trimmed, shaved- any way is better than none at all. Still, my pref is trimmed back but not bare.

I think a smooth shave is essential if a gal is going to wear a skimpy bikini (like the Brazilian “fio dental”) style that you see in South Beach, Miami.
WEaring a suit like that without a clean shave looks terrible! :smack:

Wearing a suit like that looks terrible no matter what you do.
I don’t care how pretty your contours, if you look like your sister’s friends just gave you a major wedgie you aren’t going to look sexy.
And the whole “leg holes that go up to the armpits” thing really has to go. Ugh!

Trimmed but not shaved totally by necessity. See, I have very thick, very curly hair and that bath-mat look just isn’t attractive. I also have to shave my arms all over to avoid the gorilla-arm look. The shaved bare thing just looks weird to me.
