Deb takes out calculator Lakers = {(6 \* 7) + (Kobe \* Shaq/76ers) \* 10log[Jackson]}E(position of sun in relation to LA hollywood moviestars at game)+number of flags on cars in LA+number of winning streak/number of naysayers yep that’s the correct number. ---

I look at it this way… Due to secret clauses in the NBC/NBA contract, the players are obliged to drag this out as long as possible. So for the first few games, they’ll swap wins. When we get to the game 7, the team that’s ready for any rioting will lose. I predict the Lakers will win, thus insuring the destruction of LA, and the raising of the national IQ a few points. 😃 ---

Deb studies equation. Oops forgot to calculate in additional TV revenue and tickets sold. Make that Lakers in 6. Of course they only let the sixers win game one to give them a false sense of security. Next game will be a blowout! ---

Let’s keep this thing alive until at least after Friday’s game. That could be interesting. Everyone assumes the Lakers will blow out the Sixers. Seems like that is what was said before last night’s game. ---

The Lakers played game 1 like they thought it was a forgone conclusion that they would win. Like no matter how sloppy they played, something would happen to make them win. They know better now, and will come out angry in game 2. The Sixers might take game 3 at home on energy from the sure-to-be-jacked crowd, but that will be the last one. ---

And then there was one! Woo-hoo! I must say that it was quite an impressive run the Sixers went on at the end of the third quarter and the beginning of the fourth. Kudos to them for not rolling over. ---
