Ignoring The Pedro Show. I really think so, he laid out clearly in the manifesto what he saw as rot in the LAPD. It all makes sense and there are references for the media to investigate. It’s a reason someone might snap, it doesn’t seem the ramblings of a madman, on the contrary. And I think that will carry weight with the general public. The real question is, can he still clear his name if he was railroaded for whitlesblowing after that deviant killing spree? ---
