# Largest Capital Markets / Investment Banking firms?

I’m looking for a list of the largest firms in the capital markets industry. My ideal list would be the “Top 10 Global Sell-Side Firms of 2009 by Market Share”, but failing that I would take something different - whether it be US- or UK-only, whether it may include buy- and sell-side together, perhaps a year older (no more as many firms are no longer around ie Lehman, Merrill, etc).
