More than just hot dogs. FUD is a Mexican company that supplies grocery stores. They produce just about everything edible. “FUD” is just the English word “food”, but spelled according to Spanish rules of phonetics. A bilingual pun. ---

This is quite silly. “fud” is how dogs write “food”. I’d be surprised if cats could understand that at all. ---

I think one reason I loved _The Onion_ so much back in the day is that much of its humor was similar to _The Far Side_, as in going so cruel it becomes absurd and goes past being offensive.
