Is there a web page keeping track of the guests on these shows (especially Leno), so I can know who is crossing the picket lines?
I don’t know about the letter of the law, but it seems to me that the issue is more about the fact that he is a WGA member who’s gone back to work. It’s debatable whether or not what he was doing was “technically” writing per terms of whatever contracts he’s got, but there’s enough grey area to make his return open to scrutiny.
I do want to say though that I found Conan hilarious.
And, Robin Williams blathering on on Letterman was one of the worst bits of TV I’ve sat through.
Did anyone see Howie Mandell tonight on Leno? I’m thinking blow. His “show of hands” bit about menstruation will be on YouTube soon enough. And how exactly is he not crossing picket lines? Wasn’t he on St. Elsewhere for a few years?
