# Late Show w/David Lettermen 10/20

Madonna was on last night and she behaved herself for a change.

She talked about being thrown from a horse earlier this year. Dave (who was also tossed from his horse this year, too) had a couple of horses outside the theater and they both go riding off down 53rd Street.

It bordered on the surreal.

I saw it. Very surreal. I must say though-Dave cuts a fine figure on horseback. Madonna, who claimed to be an “expert” horseback rider looked like she had no idea what she was doing. Her saying she wanted the “pretty one” and wanting to know if her horse was a “boy or a girl” horse kind of cast doubt on the whole expert thing. :rolleyes:
