Did Charles have lactose intolerance, allergies, or any other condition that would make drinking a glass of milk ill-advised? Did the milk have any relevant additives? Is any specific company/corporation relevant? Did drinking the milk have any relevant effects? Did Charles know at the time that drinking the milk would be newsworthy? ---

So, as opposed to Folly’s question above, would the **primary** reason have been something in the very general area of “I’m drinking this milk in front of news cameras to show solidarity with the dairy farmers, who are getting screwed over”? Not that specifically, but maybe a similar-ish idea? ---

Is this about pastuerizaiton or some other kind of purification of the milk? Was any kind of scientific advancement being shown or tested? Was any kind of medical advancement being shown or tested? ---

I’m going to drink it to show it’s safe.” like the whole raw milk controversy in the 80s. No. I think everyone knew the milk was fine normal ordinary milk. ---
