OK, I’m now pretty much convinced that this guy is just deliberately trolling. As Twitter has already pointed out, the painting depicts a lie: Trump is holding the palette (with some appendage or other) as though he’s still painting it, or has only just finished. But if that were the case, then the paint would still be wet, and you couldn’t cover it with a drape. Now, it’s one thing when this guy gets golf poses wrong: Maybe he just doesn’t know anything about golfing. But he’s a painter. He knows about painting. He knows that when you’ve just finished a painting, you can’t cover it with a cloth, because he’s personally finished paintings. So why would he show Trump botching the job like that? All I can think of is that it’s because he _wants_ to make Trump look bad. ---

FAR more emotion, meaning, and they don’t look like something you’d just hang on your wall to look pretty. (BTW, the man in “The Capitalist” is based on Andrew Mellon, I believe) ---

I’m working on an outline for my Trump painting. I’ll call it Making America Great Again. Trump, naked except for a MAGA hat, reclines on the scraps of an American flag and the constitution. He is being fellated by a naked Lindsey Graham ( who is using an American flag to wipe himself) while he diddles an underaged Ivanka with one hand. With the other hand, he’s using a lighter to ignite the scraps of the flag and the constitution. Putin stands nearby, shirtless, on horseback, showering him with money and laughing. Nearby, Kusher and MBS are engaging in mutual oral sex and Don Jr and other Trump cronies are lined up to buttfuck Hannity, who is on all fours and dressed like the Republican donkey. A slew of Republican and conservative leaders, Pence in the foreground, watch this tableau with adoration, hands over their hearts. ---
