A) she likely would be on commission. Most wireless sales reps are. B) many retail workers would, if approached by a customer, discuss something with a customer similar to what happens in this commercial. IIRC she is wearing a shirt with the company logo on it. On duty or on break, she is representing the company. C). Lilly is cute, so there. ---

Radio commercial for Cricket phones has a mother calling her youngish daughter. “Just wanted to check if you remembered your phone” “Of course mom, you’re talking to me on it!” (embarrassed laugh) “Oh yeah, right…” Erm, isn’t that how checking to see if someone has their phone _works?_ You call them and see if they answer? Why the embarrassed “Mom’s so not with it” laugh? ---

Finagle: I HATE her murdering of “Next to be with you”. I volunteer to hold her down while Mr Big kicks her ass. There’s a GEICO commercial I FINALLY get: when the guy rides off on the horse, and the letter in End knocks him off the horse. Mind numbingly stupid!!3 ---

How about that jerk who has festooned his home with ads for Crestor–which is supposed to be a prescription drug? I mean, this guy may appreciate Crestor, but he sure overdoes it! ---

There is currently a beer commercial ( i think miller lite), where the voiceover says something like: “hey guys, miller lite has less calories, which means no beer gut, which means you’ll be more attractive to the ladies…” i mean, i don’t feel strongly enough about it to say i’m “offended”, but i have to believe that if the gender rolls were reversed in the advert, it would be big time news and there would be lots of discussion about what a terrible sexist commercial it is. ---

Flipping thru the channel, sound off, and saw [this commercial](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6yJ5WaRsaE)for toy foot baths for girls so they could pretend to be at a spa. Seems so crazy I thought it must be a spoof commercial, but apparently the product is real, and just in time for Christmas. When I see shit like this, I always wonder how making these things changes the Chinese drone workers’ perception of the US. ---
