Shanda would be almost exactly the same age as me if she were still here, and I could just imagine my mother falling to the ground in hysterical tears if that had happened to me. SVU did an episode based on the BTK killer. Different initials but much else was the same: letters taunting the police, surfacing again after years of silence, etc. ---
