# "Law of Attraction" vs low expectations

The author said that when asked who would survive cancer, the doctors say that those that are more positive tend to survive.

I just listened the chapter about avoiding feelings of being overwhelmed - a subject that is very relevant to me. The author said that he lets his phone just take messages at home rather than let it ring - so that he can remain “present”. He also said that it is ok to not respond to emails and he often deletes his emails - after all, he says, if it is important they’d send the message again. He also says that most problems solve themselves (the “law of least effort”)

Hearing that one’s cancer has gone into remission tends to put a smile on your face.

“Wanting” means you have lack… but if you “know” you will be rich you will be right. (and also right if you know you won’t be rich) :rolleyes:
