I want to do a semester-abroad kind of thing, but know NOTHING about them. My destination shall be Germany, and location there is somewhat unimportant, although Berlin would be fun.

My criteria:[ol]
[li]I must be able to afford it.[/li][/ol]

This will be difficult on my budget, so is there a database of foreign exchange scholarship opportunities?

Thanks in advance.
