# Lease Calculation

I know the future value of the lease (1.52 million). The residual value or the amount of the balloon (566K). The term is 39 months. I want to calculate the present value. Is there a website that has such a calculator?

I don’t think you’ve given enough information to do that - we need an interest rate by which to discount future payments.
