Some that I think would be funny to hear at a wedding (and yet a tad inappropriate) include Ozzie’s ‘Crazy Train’ and G&R’s “Welcome to the Jungle” - good first dance songs, eh? 😃 ---

least appropriate? ‘the divorce song’ | liz phair ‘love will tear us apart’ | joy division ‘leave me alone’ | new order ‘better off alone’ | alice dj ‘the wrong girl’ | belle + sebastian ‘porcelain’ | moby ‘get naked’ | methods of mayhem ‘closer’ | NIN (actually, maybe that’s the MOST appropriate…) of course, i’d prefer any of these lovely songs to anything by, say, Kool & the Gang, whose wedding playlist inclusion seems to be mandated by law. ---

As a joke, the “Imperial Death March” from _Star Wars_ was played at a friend’s wedding reception (bride and groom were both huge fans). Later I wondered how inappropriate that would have been if it had been played when the bride and her father were walking down the aisle… ---

A FOF used “My Heart Will Go On” from Titanic at her wedding. Okay, it might be a mushy/romantic kind of song, but do you really need to express how you will feel after your SO dies at the wedding? Sheesh. ---
