Legal to people over 18. Tax it the same way you tax cigarettes.
If you’re going to insist on taxing it, just leave things the way they are. I’ll take my chances.
I voted for legalize all drugs, but frankly I don’t see any need for strict control… interesting that it seems almost impossible for people to even conceive of what is the historical status quo
