It was posted before your comment about none of the posts being serious. I would like to have had an open discussion with you about experiences similar to NDEs. If your responses had shown an interest in my comments and questions (even those directed at the OP), both of us might have learned something. His(lekatt’s) “information” was not rejected because he shared it in an obnoxious manner-it was rejected because it was demonstrably _false_. We examimed all the so-called evidence he provided carefully, and found most, if not all, of it to be worthless. He gave us opinion pieces and called them scientific studies. He told us of bad dreams and told us, _without any evidence to the contrary_, that they were NDEs. He talked of heart attacks that were diagnosed by no one but him. He ignored all solid evidence presented to him time and time again. He openly disdained the scientific method, while at the same time he claimed to provide scientific evidence. His anecdotes were _not_ equal to valid and verified scientific studies. ---

well, now that I have been disabused of the misconception regarding partner Meat’s last name, and still reluictant to believe that somewhere in the late fifties, a Mrs. Loaf gave birth to a baby boy and decided to display a commendable, if outre, sense of humor in giving him his first name, do any of you guys know what, in fact, WAS the name they called him in kidergarten? (I’m guessing he took “meat loaf” later on,but who knows? further hijack:props to Steinman, I always attributed the songs to the singer, and “objects in…etc” alone is an image worth the price of admission by itself. Not to mention “the guitar screamed in pain…” ---
