I apologize if this has been posted before, I did a quick search and found no reference to it. [Baggins.mov](http://www.game-revolution.com/download/goodies/bilbo.htm) Use the 2nd download link, 1st one is bad. I understand that the use of recreational pharmaceuticals will impairs one’s judgement, but this is an example of some serious psychosis. Wish I could have seen the moment when the producer said “You nailed it Leonard, this one has hit written all over it!” ---

I’d like you to know that I tried to ignore this post, but just scrolling PAST IT put that frikking song in my frikking head (I half read it, realized with horror what it said and started thinking “LA LA LA LA LA!” and tried to hurry on my way–too late!) which I had so well put out of my mind and I had not thought of it since listening to Dr Demento in 7th grade and it was annoying even then, but hey, now it’s in my head. I hate you, Murcilago. If you have any sense of kindness at all you will ask to have this thread locked and vaporized. “BIL-bo, BIL-BO Baggins. . .” Aieeee! ---

Ok, I faced my fear and watched the video. . . what the hell? How non-content related can a video be? A song about a fat little troll-man, and the video is like Our Man Flint meets the Monkees. I must admit I kept the sound way down. . . ---

Its stuck in my head right now. Damn you all. The weirdest thing is that, unlike most Internet weirdness, this was apparenlty meant seriously. I still can’t figure out if those girls are wearing elf ears, Spock ears, or hobbit ears. I also can’t figure out where Leonard Nimoy’s dignity went. And am I the only one who hears “Little hobbit that we all admire” as “Little hobbit that we all desire”? ---

If I may hijack… does anyone know what the horn-type instrument that has a solo in the beginning is? I’ve wondered about this since I got the mp3 of “Bilbo,” but I have a tin ear for recognizing instruments in songs, and my searching has been fruitless. ---
